@NCLairport I have now been waiting 5 days for my baggage from an Air France flight on 1st July! AF won’t communicate with me @NCLairport won’t either. Swissport not answering calls, or calling back. What am I meant to do??
@NCLairport I am still awaiting my baggage from an Air France flight from Paris on Friday morning. I’ve rang Swissport, left messages and emailed them, and no response! How do I get to speak to someone please?
@airfrance can someone please assist me on locating my missing baggage?? It has been 3 days now since my flight from CDG, and still nothing. Nobody from Air France has responded to me in that time. Please help
@EmiratesSupport hi, my flights were cancelled in May this year due to COVID. I decided to use the ‘keep my ticket’ option, but now as that date has passed, I don’t actually have a live booking, is this right? I do have a booking reference, is this all I need to re-book?
@hubhotels hi, I’ve been trying to make a booking on the app, and it’s just saying there’s an error? I’ve booked many times before and never had a problem. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled etc., but still won’t work. Do you know if there’s a problem with the app?
@hubhotels since I’ve had no help about my overcharge on my booking today, I wonder whether anyone else is experiencing the same glitch on the app with wrong pricing? Very annoying
@hubhotels hi, I’ve just booked spitalfields for 2nd June, and I’ve been overcharged by £20!! I think there’s a glitch in your system. Can’t get through to your call centre, and have had no reply through the app!
@LNER Hi, can you tell me why I can't book certain days over the next three month period, yet days either side of that are available? That never used to be the case with Virgin? I live in Newcastle and my daughter lives in London, I'm finding it really difficult to forward plan.
@TUIUKcares This is very annoying as it states in my booking that you can check in 7 days prior to departure? Why not let people know this earlier? Now I have no choice but to wait until airport check into find out where we're seated, as there's now no option online to select your seat?
@TUIUK Hi, I am departing for my holiday on 1st July and online check in was supposed to open today. However it is not available and it says to check in at the airport? Could you tell me why this is please?
