The talk by @Mavruck from @11bitstudios

This War of Mine, Frostpunk, and Frostpunk 2 are games about difficult moral choices, which differ in one very important thing – the scale of the experience. As that scale increases, it becomes a greater design challenge to maintain the player’s emotional involvement. This talk explores the designer’s tools they used to emotionally engage the player – from giving characters personal stories, to exposing their suffering, to building systems that maintain emotional attachment. The speaker will show how to set the environment for moral choices, whether developers are trying to save four people or forty thousand.

Our own Urbos system that we developed for @frostpunkgame is trully incredible. It contolls all aspects of urban tissue in the game - buildings, roads, pipes, traffic and how all of that reacts to enviroment.
Modders will love it. I love it!

[Marcin Olszewski @_molszewski_]

If you could choose from @frostpunkgame City of Trains or City of Zeppelins, which one would you take? Thanks to #Urbos, #Frostpunk 2 devs/modders can easily manage the amount of traffic and roads in the city

[Frostpunk 2 | SCENARIO DLC OUT NOW❄️ @frostpunkgame]

Thirty years have passed since the vicious storm. The people have changed. And once they feel like they’ve tamed the frost, their human nature will come into play, driven by ambition that could spiral The City into the fall.

@jakubwiech Frostpunk jest o zmianach klimatycznych ;-) Choć bardziej o zmianach społecznych w odpowiedzi na zmiany klimatyczne.
