@easyJet I was on the Gatwick to Palma flight at 9am that was cancelled, we rebooked to the 17.30 but ground staff told us no flights to Palma would run today so we booked new flights with a someone else. I am now being told I cannot get a refund as we rebooked, how is this fair?
