வெற்றிக்கழக பட்ஜெட்டே பள்ளிக்கல்விக்கு உண்மையான நிதி உயர்வை தந்துள்ளது!

2025-26 திமுக பட்ஜெட்டில் பள்ளிக்கல்விக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நிதி 46,767 கோடி ரூபாய். இதில், இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட்டுக்கு முன்பு வரை செலவிடப்பட்ட தொகை 42,351 கோடி ரூபாய் மட்டும் தான்.

இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட்டில் புதிய திட்டங்கள் எதுவும் அறிவிக்கப்படாத நிலையில், பல ஊதிய வரம்புகளையும், செலவினங்களையும் மிகை மதிப்பீடு செய்து திமுகவின் கடைசி பட்ஜெட்டான 2026-27 இடைக்கால பட்ஜெட்டில் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறைக்கு 48,534 கோடி ரூபாய் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

அதாவது, 2025-26 முழுமையான ஆண்டு பட்ஜெட்டில் உண்மையாக செலவு செய்யப்பட்டதைவிட சுமார் 6003 கோடி ரூபாய் காரணமே இல்லாமல் உயர்த்தப்பட்டது. காரணமற்ற இந்த உயர்வுக்கு பின்னால் இருந்தது தவறான கணக்கீடுகளும், தேவையற்ற நிதி உயர்வுகளும் மட்டுமே.

வெற்றிக்கழக ஆட்சி அமைந்ததும் அதை முறையாக சரிசெய்து, காரணமற்ற நிதி உயர்வுகளை குறைத்து, 2025-26 திமுக பட்ஜெட்டில் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறைக்கு செலவிடப்பட்டதைவிட சுமார் 2176 கோடி ரூபாய் கூடுதலாக ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதைக்குறித்து நிதித்துறை செயலாளர் தெளிவான விளக்கம் அளித்துள்ளார்.

வெற்றிக்கழக அரசால் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த 44,527 கோடி ரூபாயை மாண்புமிகு முதலமைச்சரின் வழிகாட்டுதல் படி திறம்பட கையாண்டு, முழுமையான பலன்கள் மாணவர்களையும், ஆசிரியர்களையும், பள்ளிக்கல்வி நிர்வாகத்தையும் சென்று சேரும் வகையில் நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்படும்.

இந்த உண்மையான கூடுதல் ஒதுக்கீடு, பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறையின் மேன்மையான லட்சியங்களை முழுமையாக நிறைவேற்றும்.
