@Hybridathlete I’ve never ran but raced bikes for in my 20s. I’m 37/male, ran for 3 months, then had 1yr off with a serious leg break, come back and within 3 months broke my PB by over 2 mins, 5km is now 19.19.
I’ve got no running history so be interesting to see what a year does and gets me.
