@DoT_India Thank you for acknowledging my concern. I hope to see some serious action from you so that @ViCustomerCare will stop harrasing and tk my concern to priority to separate my number from family plan. Its been more than 120hrs now and yet issue is not resolved
Dearest @ViCustomerCare@vi are you trained and experienced enough to resolve your customer's issues as simple as delinking from family plan. Is it really a big deal that takes more than 48hrs and yet unresolved.

What a sluggish customer support you have. You take more than 72 hrs to separate nu from family plans. Very poor service and poor support from executives. Shame on u vi!
