Do all broadband companies have awful customer service?!
Had an ongoing issue with @bt_uk for 7 weeks and still not sorted. Phone @SkyUK to look into changing providers to them and the sales person on the phone cut me off mid sentence!!!

@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!

@BBCBreakfast Rather than reverse it why not bring in a policy that means EVERYONE has to pay Income Tax and National insurance Contributions. This would include people on benefits and pensioners. The extra money could be invested in the NHS and creating a social care fund.

NLW increase by 8.5%; prices increase by 10%+.

Companies are hardly going to pay their employees more but not increase prices and thus affect their profits.

There are better ways.

I have a 9 year old with me and he can’t sleep. It’s now 21:38. I’m phoning reception but no one answers and it cuts out after just over 3 minutes.

@emmacruises Unfortunately we can’t buy Meclizine (the active ingredient in Bonine) here in the UK. It’s a shame as I’ve heard a few good reports about it.
