Over 2 entire months since @British_Airways have even bothered with my complaint. Broken seat and no food on an 14 and 15 hour flight. Will just as to DM them to get it off their page then do nothing. Terrible.

Just got on an @LNER train and heard for the first time the announcement say to take calls in the vestibule and they do not permit speakerphone use on board… this is a great change! Just like in Japan!
