So disappointed in @IKEAUSA. Waiting 4 months for a replacement part for a damaged unit. Unable to talk with anyone in Cust. Svc. and unable to contact them via website. Consider this before shopping.
@donotflyprimera@primeraair#primeraair TERRIBLE customer service! Flight FROM Paris to BOS was cancelled on Tuesday and they still haven’t contacted me to get me on another flight home. My trip is less than 2 weeks away!! Will only correspond via email...ha...not even that 😢
