Kidney #POCUS is easy, but there are some classic pitfalls you don’t want to miss. What are we seeing here? 👀
A bowel loop mimicking a kidney. The actual kidney is the structure below. Not uncommon. There are even instances where this got labeled as a kidney in a patient with prior nephrectomy!
