Saylor: 100 years ago, 1 acre of waterfront land in Miami Beach cost $10,000. Today? $10-20M.
"The dollar lost about 7% of its economic value every year for 100 years running."
The US dollar is actually the BEST case scenario.
Most currencies around the world lose 14% a year and "collapse in about 30 years."
The average fiat currency collapses in 29 years. This is the status quo.

FACT: Neither Ripple nor the XRP Ledger requires holders to claim badges or register for perks.
Never forget this brave American citizen that turned down getting a Covid vaccine and called out Fauci right to his face on camera.
I still want to buy this man a beer!

🚨NEWS: The National Fraternal Order of Police, one of the key law enforcement groups involved in negotiations over the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act, is now backing the latest version of the Clarity Act, saying revised BRCA language addresses its previous concerns and preserves law enforcement’s ability to investigate crypto crimes.
The BRCA remained unchanged in the latest version of the bill released Wednesday, so it’s unclear what changes the group is referencing.
AI has started building its own successors.
It's happening right now. Humans still kick most of it off, but the models are already training the next models, and each version builds a better version faster than the last.
We know what happens when something gets an advantage and the substrate is there... it proliferates incredibly fast. Soon it just runs the whole process itself.
People are still debating whether AI takes your job. That's not the question. You can't compete with this intelligence at all. Next to it the human is negative value, the slowest one in the room.
And this is the slowest it will ever move again. It's about to run on its own, faster than we can conceive of, and nobody's prepared for that.
Wonderful conversation as ever with @EMostaque.
@BCBacker I understand your comments around the FLR distribution. I suspect since you last looked at it, Flare has developed immensely. It is now the biggest venue for XRP DeFi in the EVM world.
I’d really welcome the chance to talk you through what has been built, what is being built, what is happening on chain and where the future might take us.
