@British_Airways Hi Georgia. My feedvack is above, its there if you want it. s should I then put it into a form that goes no where? Just run the sevice you promised and don’t cancel flights , easy! But if you do , actually help people not just issue pithy apologies?

@British_Airways so cancelled our flight yesterday from Belfast to London 50 minutes AFTER the departure time. It was the last flight out so everyone kicked out of the airport. Unusually 2 BA staff there from what I could see, huge queue for hotel help,luckily we didn’t need it.

@British_Airways A quick round off, got home at last. From scheduled departure from BHD to LHR to finally getting there on BA , some 40 hours , about 7 miles per hour. Tube from LHR to home stop just under and hour at 12 mph.

Tfl beats BA, I should take the tube from Belfast next time!

@British_Airways But I really feel sorry for all tjose passengers who missed their connections. Quite a few families with kids off on summer holidays it looked.

No doubt to be abandoned by BA in London in some hotel by the airport for days. Thank you BA!

@British_Airways Finally off that damned BA plane and, I never thought I’d say this, glad to be on a tube train.

Lets see if TfL can do a better job of getting us home than BA. Lets face it they couldn’t do much worse.

Some passengers will now miss connections, BA pinky promise to get them on the next available flight though, probably in two days time if our experience is anything to go by.
