Prebooked @Uber_Support doesn’t show up and it’s just tough luck. Time to stop moaning about what an awful company it’s become and move on to using someone else
What’s the alternatives to Uber these days? In London there’s some great premium high car companies at reasonable prices but that turn up. Anything in SF or NY?

@Uber_Support@Uber Surely I should have at least got an apology and credit for a pre-booked Uber that didn’t arrive? I had to bay 200% more for a last minute car to take me to the airport - not so much as an apology from Uber for not turning up
@Uber_Support@Uber you’ve made it impossible to contact you. My prebooked Uber didn’t turn up. No cancellation, I just opened the app and ‘no cards available’. That’s pretty bad given I got a ‘driver assigned’. I pre-book for a reason but no apology and no way to complain
@CentrFit Hello - I tried out the app on the free trial associated with my credit card which I then cancelled. Just seen an annual charge for an app that I don’t use. Wish I had never tried it. I cancelled the card months ago and yet still get stuck with the charge.
@ESPNPlusHelp hi - we’ve signed up but can’t get the mens Wimbledon final. I can’t see anything that says the finals wouldn’t be included but just seen on here it isn’t. How can I cancel given you falsely advertised it?
