JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon shared his thoughts on AI at an event for investors held last night:
"We have an LLM model, 150,000 people use it every week. They think they're saving 4 hours a day. That's not in an NPV [net present value]. We don't see the 4 hours a day in terms of reduced headcount like that. We look at all of it, and it's deeply embedded in what we do, and that's true for all tech projects. I think the hardest thing to measure has always been tech projects. That's been true my whole life. It's also been true my whole life, that tech is what changes everything. You know, like everything. Going to mainframes, going to servers, going to speed."
oh my… this shouldn’t be possible

The hack for the next 10-15 years is simple: build something hard, go heads down, keep executing, take the early pain & uncertainty. If you do that, customers, funding, talent, brand will all come to you. Like all "hacks", it's easy to understand, very hard to do.
I just heard a speech from a big venture capitalist and he said AI will be so big that college will be obsolete in 7-10 years. He is homeschooling both his kids and teaching them AI. His kids will not go to college but will start businesses instead and this guy went to Harvard!
