Greg Abbott opposes wearing masks in a pandemic or getting vaccinations. But he does want every Texas family to have a DNA test kit so family members can identify the body parts of loved ones after a mass shooting. We can't stop the killing but we can expedite the funerals.

After 8 years as governor Greg Abbott wants to solve gun violence in schools by giving parents DNA kits so they can identify the pieces of their dead children. Presumably to expedite the burial process and get it out of the news. And remember what Greg says "It could be worse."

It is shocking to me that after 40 of Republicans running Texas any caring parent or grandparent could vote for a Republican governor whose solution to mass murder of children at school is to give parents a DNA kit so they can identify the remains.
