Recipe for Muffins
Very Simple Recipe
4 cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
4 Large eggs
1 and 1/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon essense of your choice
2 cups milk
1 Cup Vegetable oil(Cooking oil)
Method
Pre-heat your oven at 180 degrees.
1) Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk, salt, and pepper.
2. Whisk until fully combined.
3. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
4. Pour in egg mixture.
5. Stir gently as eggs cook.
6. Remove from heat when soft and slightly creamy.
7. Serve immediately.
2) Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
• 6 eggs (hard-boiled)
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard
• Salt and pepper
• Paprika (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
5. Sprinkle paprika on top.
6. Chill before serving.
3) Omelette
Ingredients
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese
• 1/4 cup diced vegetables
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
3. Pour in eggs and cook on medium heat.
4. Add cheese and vegetables to one side.
5. Fold omelette in half.
6. Cook another minute and serve.
4) Egg Salad
Ingredients
• 6 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard
• 2 tbsp chopped celery
• Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Chop hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
2. Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir until creamy.
4. Serve on bread or with crackers.
5) Fried Eggs
Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp oil or butter
• Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Crack eggs into the pan.
3. Cook until whites are set.
4. For over-easy, flip gently and cook 30 seconds more.
5. Season and serve.
6) Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pan.
2. Scramble eggs lightly and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté vegetables 2–3 minutes.
4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
5. Stir in scrambled eggs.
6. Cook 3–4 minutes and serve hot.
7) Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 2 English muffins (halved)
• 4 slices ham or bacon
• Hollandaise sauce
Instructions
1. Toast English muffins.
2. Cook ham or bacon.
3. Poach eggs in simmering water for 3–4 minutes.
4. Place ham on muffin halves.
5. Top with poached egg.
6. Spoon Hollandaise sauce over top.
7. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 bell pepper (chopped)
• 2 cups diced tomatoes
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
2. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
3. Add tomatoes and spices. Simmer 10 minutes.
4. Make small wells in sauce and crack eggs into them.
5. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
6. Serve with bread.
9) Breakfast Egg Wrap
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
• 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
• 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
• 2 flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Scramble eggs in a pan.
2. Add sausage and bell pepper; cook 2 minutes.
3. Warm tortillas.
4. Fill tortillas with egg mixture and cheese.
5. Roll tightly and serve warm.
Shawarma Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1 garlic clove, finely grated
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp dried parsley
• 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Add mayonnaise and Greek yogurt to a bowl.
2. Pour in the fresh lemon juice.
3. Add grated garlic, cumin, dried parsley, and salt.
4. Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed.
6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
