You slow down approving claims and that makes life for our service advisors difficult and then apparently this is the best you can do to have a vehicle inspected? I’m sure you can do better than this.
@EAutoProtection it’s bad enough that you make customers way days to have third party inspections completed but then you send a total clown to my shop who is wearing flip flops and who won’t get off of his personal phone call? He’s creating safety liabilities for me
What’s the appropriate punishment for making content like this? Do you think it’s criminal or just in poor taste? I feel like it’s absolutely criminal but want to know what you think.
@GuntherEagleman Absolutely! There should be no exceptions to this. If you stole from a private business you’d have the book thrown at you. Why should they be treated any differently?
