@Sleepy_Suz @phangmien @hypoxicchicken There are some interesting “in-situ” mindfulness exercises that can be quick (and safe) in theatre but I agree it’s not for all situations. My favourite mindfulness time at work is the time I spend scrubbing for central lines!
