Colleagues aren't mindful of how their mental health cascades down the line affecting others around them. I've been in this situation myself and it had a huge impact on my productivity and resulted in me completely loosing faith in the company as a whole.
I've heard too many stories of people losing their job because of mental illness.
It's time employers realise that mental health should be a priority in the workplace.
Better mental wellbeing = Higher productivity and job satisfaction.
