@BurgerKingUK Been in your Macclesfield branch today, staff refusing to serve customers & telling them to use the self service machine.
I along with 6 colleagues walked out. Is it your policy to refuse to be served by a human??

@BootsHelp rather crafty having no staff on tills but if you want an item from the pharmacy section they will only serve you that item, meaning you lose out on bonus points on your card.
Also you need to get staff on tills in stores!!
