@syst_and_deploy@gaelicWizard@MMelkersen@Mister_MDM@IntuneSuppTeam@MSIntune I just finished changing the Allow Drivers from Blocked to Enabled in my org. We have Lenovo devices too. Out of 2200 devices, only about 10 struggled to install BIOS updates. Most of those were remediated w/ a pin hole reset. Perhaps we should both open MS support cases?
@SeguraOSD@ramseyg @TheNotoriousDRR @AdamGrossTX Thanks for the reminder David, just got registered. Your sessions at MMSMOA were amazing! Can’t wait to see what the community builds off this… I really wanted to see Adam & Donna’s sessions there too but had conflicts. Now’s my chance!
@hoyty@SeguraOSD But the Win11 media did need updating though. What was imported was 22000.194, released 10/5. Oct patches didn’t make that cut. Then patch Tuesday was yesterday. Final build after updating was 22000.258, from KB5006674
@hoyty@SeguraOSD 21H2 is Win11, not 10. I was able to use OSDBuilder to patch the WIM from VLSC, after updating to latest v21.10.12.2. However, when I ran update-osmedia -download -execute, the popup didn’t show W11 imported media. I found a workaround of putting the full name in quotes
@ariaupdated When will we see an updated Baseline in Intune for Win11? When I look under Endpoint Security > Security Baseline for Win10+, the most recent is from 10 months ago, Dec 2020
@MMelkersen@SeguraOSD Great job documenting this! And excellent work David for coming up with OSDCloud. I look forward to testing this out soon. Many thanks to you both.
