@VisionExpress how come my daughter who is under 18 but in a full time apprenticeship be charged a full adult rate for her eye test. Your store said full price because she didn't goto college..she's in training!! Also wanted to tonhave a credit check for HER glasses!!! Come on

@JeremyNLowe62 My job at the time? A 999 call handler for the same ambulance service....now I know I was not a paramedic but I knew hubby's symptoms would trigger a response. Was made to feel a burden, I was like we literally work for the same people!!!

@JeremyNLowe62 Jeremy, so sorry for your loss...we had something similar, hubby had a fall (already had back issues) and was I severe pain and couldn't walk, the paramedic walked into our house and said, why have you called an ambulance you don't need to goto hospital and we can't do anything..
