@KayFSheldon@hannahmary31 Have you factored in life changing impacts such as disability that becomes apparent further down the line, maternal incontinence, sexual disfunction? These things are not routinely measured and likely to be much higher following vaginal birth
@webdevMason As kids get older they have their own busy lives that often won’t involve grandparents. Sometimes parents get the blame for this too but there is just a lot of plates they need to keep spinning
@thewheythetruth@LucyGoBag Sometimes people should be fired- as things stand they continue to cause harm. Read the accounts of the bereaved. This is not about “righteous indignation “ but avoidable harm and devastation to real families
@thewheythetruth@LucyGoBag This attitude is part of why the number of baby deaths is so horrifically high. When obstetric care goes wrong there is little accountability and it doesn’t seem to prompt system change
@mgtmccartney Some of the training may lead to discrimination as it insists we should be aware that female colleagues may suffer with brain fog and mood swings
@yuanyi_z The AI is a useful tool. Helps get the tone right in emails with difficult people. Helps identify where more explanation is needed or where some known issue has been missed. It can imitate anyone’s style, given enough material
@amandacomms Not a lot of work. Just minimal due diligence as as done in almost any business with access to confidential information. Staff should be aware that this is gross misconduct and is monitored
@amwilson_opera@kafkaswife The suffering is real whatever has triggered it and these patients are in need of support, though perhaps not in the form they are seeking
@ShipleyWrites@maxtempers@AbsoluteMeasure I would sooner have prisoners in triple decker bunk beds than released early. If it is acceptable in military and marine environments it is an okay stop gap solution while more space is being made available
