Insomnia infosec reminder: The security industry doesn't sell security.

It sells security products and services which purport to improve your security.

If you can't tell how effective those actually are, you can't tell if they would meaningfully improve your security.

@AerLingus I request that you consider taking an anti smoking stance and stop selling cigarettes and Tabacco on your UK flights due to duty free rules. It’s inappropriate and sends a really bad message about priorities. The hard sell for cigs on every flight is cheap and tacky.

@naoiseotoole89 @AskAIB the worst is that unlike every other call system in the world, they don’t offer to call you back if you leave your details., they don’t tell you where in the queue you are etc. Bad Service - I gave up in frustration. This is not customer service.
