(4/5) When I went back last month to check on it, I was informed that the flights expired in November 2020 (which was still very much the height of covid and way before they emailed me about the refund).

(3/5) In April 2021, @Expedia emailed me to tell me we could request a refund, which we did. They said it could take 30 days to process.

(2/5) Kris & I booked flights to Scotland for our honeymoon through @VirginAtlantic last year pre-covid. We received vouchers when the flight was inevitably cancelled and were told we had until 2022 to book something new.

(1/5) I’ve tried every other avenue, so it’s time to take to social media. Today was my 3rd call to @Expedia and they hung up on me after I spent 1.5 hours trying to resolve my issue (mostly on hold).
