As everyone knows, @sprgovmy does not release election boundaries in digital format, thus making it very hard for us to scrutinise gerrymandering, malapportionment, etc.

Danesh and I decided to fix that problem. We HAND-DREW every single boundary map in Malaysia's history, and made it available for you to use.

To cut a (very) long story short, the site gives you access to Malaysia's COMPLETE electoral history. Every election, every candidate, every party, every seat - all there at your fingertips.

There are 5 types of datasets available:
• Parlimen/DUN-level results (the 'official' results, covering every single election since 1955)
• Parlimen/DUN-level maps (covering every single boundary-drawing exercise since 1954)
• Anonymised individual-level voter rolls for GE-13, GE-14, and GE-15, as well as Johor 2022 and N9 2023 (more to come soon)
• Saluran (!!!!) level results for GE-13, GE-14, and GE-15, as well as Johor 2022 and N9 2023 (also more to come soon)
• DM-level maps for the latest set (versions going back to 2003 will follow eventually)

The untold story of Malaysia's role in SpaceX's survival.

Malaysia was instrumental in keeping SpaceX alive in its early years. One could argue it helped save Elon during his lowest financial period.

Falcon 1's first three launches, 2006 to 2008, all failed. The company was nearly bankrupt — grown men were weeping after the third failure. The fourth flight in September 2008 finally reached orbit with a dummy payload, RatSat. But still, no paying customer.

SpaceX needed a real commercial customer to prove the business was viable.

That customer was Malaysia.

Malaysia was looking to launch its satellite, RazakSAT, and needed a reliable, cost-effective option. Dr Ahmad Sabirin first give Elon a call on Christmas 2003 to explore the possibilities of launching of satellite to the low equatorial orbit and met in El Segundo, And after many discussions, they agreed to launch from Omelek Island in the Kwajalein Atoll.

On July 14, 2009, RazakSAT flew — the fifth and final Falcon 1, and SpaceX's first-ever commercial launch. The Malaysian flag Jalur Gemilang was painted on the side of the rocket.

That payment helped SpaceX make payroll through its hardest stretch. And it put Malaysia in orbit. Win win.

For old times' sake, Elon should drop by Malaysia. Ask someone to hold his teh tarik for one more handshake.

Jumlah perbelanjaan subsidi minyak:

Jan: RM700 juta
Feb: RM700 juta
Mac: RM5 bilion
Apr: RM7.5 bilion
Jumlah: RM13.2 bilion

Dalam Belanjawan 2026 Kerajaan peruntukkan RM29.8 bilion untuk subsidi dan bantuan tunai (STR+SARA).

Tolak STR+SARA RM15 bilion tinggal RM14.8 bilion untuk subsidi minyak.

Kerajaan dah belanja RM13.2 bilion atau 90% peruntukan asal untuk subsidi minyak dalam 4 bulan yang pertama.

Perbelanjaan subsidi adalah item perbelanjaan mengurus (OE) yang hanya boleh dibiayai menggunakan hasil (cukai dan bukan cukai).

Tahun 2022 jumlah subsidi minyak mencecah RM48.8 bilion setahun.

RM45.2 bilion dibiayai melalui hasil, RM3.6 bilion dibiayai menggunakan hutang (Kumpulan Wang Covid-19).

Tahun 2022, sebahagian subsidi boleh dibayar guna hutang sebab ada darurat atau Akta Langkah-Langkah Sementara Bagi Pembiayaan Kerajaan (COVID-19).

Sekarang takde darurat dengan itu Kerajaan tak boleh pinjam untuk tampung subsidi macam tahun 2022.
