You need to report a fraud case or sue your service provider for authorizing a sim swap while your phone is on.

@juristicpilot @tymebankza @tumisole I was a victim of fraudulent sim swap with @Vodacom . My sim has been flagged many times but they still manage to do a sim swap. The vodacom agents explain to me that they do it via the virtual assistant, Toby but they don't hold themselves accountable for further damages.
