Stop AB 84 – Protect Educational Freedom in California
AB 84 pretends to address fraud, but it’s really a sweeping attack on California’s non-classroom-based (NCB) charter schools, the families who rely on them, and the educators who serve them.
Male track & field athlete AB Hernandez took first place today in the CA state qualifier in the girls' triple jump (in addition to winning long jump).
Reese Hogan did not qualify for state next weekend.
Reese did, however, qualify in the high jump. As did AB.
🚨 BREAKING: The U.S. sent $2.7 TRILLION in Medicare & Medicaid funds overseas to ineligible recipients. THAT'S 8% OF OUR NATIONAL DEBT!
Do you support Kash Patel to investigate this?
YES or NO?
In 2020 the cause of the 2025 Palisades fire was created. Newsom vetoed a bill that would have forced the clean of the forests surrounding the area. Instead, he wanted to build more homes rather than protect the safety pf the public.
“In 2020, Gov. Newsom vetoed Senate Bill 182, a fire mitigation bill for local governments, passed by both houses of the California Legislature. The governor said, “Wildfire resilience must become a more consistent part of land use and development decisions…” “HOWEVER it must be done while meeting our housing needs.” (Governor’s veto message embedded below)
The bottom line is that the bill would have hamstrung his plans to facilitate developers to build his mandated high density housing “in vulnerable communities.” Pacific Palisades in now considered a “vulnerable community.”
SB 182 Bill analysis explained:
Requires landowners in the State Responsibility Area (SRA) and VHFHSZs to follow specified fire prevention practices and meet standards developed by the State Board of Forestry and Fire Protection (Board) (AB 337, Bates, 1992).These practices and standards include maintaining defensible space of 100 feet around structures, performing certain activities to reduce the amount of flammable material near and on structures, and meeting specific building standards developed by CALFIRE and the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) that help a structure withstand ignition and reduce fire risk.
His veto over turned what Democrats and Republicans knew—either mitigate the forest management or you will have highly intense fires. Why hasn’t the media reported his direct role in the recent fires?
Wow incredible story .. I had never heard of this guy . He sued Newsom .. Newsom threatened to have him and his church members jailed and fined for being open during Covid
He won in the Supreme Court
🧵 Karoline Leavitt just ripped into the media for lying about the Wuhan Lab Leak during President Trump’s first administration.
Trump was right, the media was wrong.
"Several years ago, when I worked in this press shop, and [Trump briefed the media] on COVID-19, he suggested that COVID may have come from a lab in Wuhan, China - and many members in this VERY ROOM mocked him for that... said he was spewing 'conspiracy theories.' He was not. We now know that to be the truth. The president was right again."
Thank goodness we have Republicans that see and are bold enough to speak up about the reality of what’s going on in Sacramento and the Tone-Deaf Democrats! (Displaced Ex Officio from the Altadena/Eaton Canyon Fires)
We should be solely focused on addressing the wildfire crisis. There is no reason for pushing this political stunt while California is burning. Sacramento democrats are completely tone deaf.
🚨BREAKING: Democrats in Sacramento just voted to BLOCK $1 billion for wildfire prevention. Their failure to invest in prevention directly lead to the disastrous fires. They would rather spend our tax dollars to fund healthcare for illegal immigrants.
Every AYE vote was to kill our amendment with this $1 billion; every Republican voted NO in order to provide this funding.
Today, I asked @realDonaldTrump to visit Kern County, where over 70% of California’s oil is produced and where the state’s majority party has attempted to shut down the industry.
We must bolster our domestic energy production. Kern energy is American energy.
Drill, baby, drill.
