Looking for a CTO / co -founder
9 years running an Amazon agency. 100+ brands. Team of 20 people.
Zero engineers. I vibecoded our first products myself.
Now turning the agency into a vertical AI agent for marketplaces, and raising pre-seed.
Co-founder equity. DMs open.
Everyone's delegating tasks to agents now. Claude's Chrome extension does half my admin.
The bottleneck isn't AI skill. It's strategic thinking.
Try building one real system — a CRM from scratch. You'll stall not on vibe coding, but on not knowing what the outcome should be.

@itsScottNeedham Great topic to raise! But I see that even with the most strong IPs, sellers sometimes don't know how to act on those counterfeit sellers.
We have over 100,000 Amazon seller contacts in our database. And on our last quarterly review, someone said: we're sitting on a gold mine and barely doing anything with it.
That's not a list problem. That's a message problem.
Most B2B businesses think the goal is to grow the database. Add more names, reach more people. But the actual bottleneck is almost never list size. It's relevance.
If you're reaching out and not converting, you probably don't know specifically enough what problem your prospect is trying to solve right now.
Our fix: we started running all our client call transcripts through AI to find the 3-5 pain points that actually make Amazon sellers want to change something. Not what we assume they care about. What they literally say on calls.
Then we rebuild the messaging around those.
You don't need more contacts. You need sharper signal on what the ones you already have actually need.
How well do you actually know your contact list's current pain points?
Anthropic Engineer Andrej Karpathy:
"The biggest mistake in AI right now - people are forcing agents to work instead of mastering the harness engineering for model first
We made that mistake in 2016 at OpenAI - It cost us 5 years "
Opus 5.5 → Prompts → Agents → Graphs → Harness
what Karpathy actually means:
step 1 → stop forcing your agent to do everything, understand the model underneath first
step 2 → demos are easy - products take a decade. self-driving proved it - if you skip the foundation, everything breaks
step 3 → the agent is not the product. the foundation is. build that - and agents emerge on their own
"you building agents right now - you're at the forefront. not OpenAI. not DeepMind. you "
Watch it today before it gets buried

We have built a market explorer tool that will show your revenue vs investment if you enter with any product selling on Amazon. Comment "market" and I send you a promo code for a free 1 time usage!
