Greatly appreciation for Dexter McKinney to come back to Syracuse. I am excited to watch the coming limited series “Miss America” on 4/15, which discusses women's rights and equal rights.

Dexter mentioned that the most diverse companies are starting to become the most profitable and innovative companies. So the whole diversity conversation in the workplace is not about charity and guilt but about leading the company at a high level.

Dexter said, "the idea of aspiring to the colorblind society for me is not something worth aspiring to because that says you want to ignore racial differences." @NewhouseSU

Dexter McKinney encouraged students to utlize the powerful networking given by @SyracuseU and @NewhouseSU. He also suggested that we should split our time to spend 33% of our time with our peers, 33% with people we can help, 33% time with people you want to become.
