@deedydas So you’re the seed finder? Correct? Would you be promoting this product if you didn’t have money on it, knowing well enough it doesn’t work? Hmm
@McdarghZach@milk_imbiber@SaidAndUnsaid It does not work actually… but I know what you mean it probably scans for style and other clues but that’s not reliable
@milk_imbiber@SaidAndUnsaid That was the whole point. Their product claims to be able to detect AI, but if you paste an AI text into the “detector” it fails at doing so if you simply tweak certain features like punctuation and nouns. My hypothesis is that it’s because the AI cannot scrap the data online.
@cid_boi@keysmashbandit@FrankBoerman I mean idk about this program at all it’s just funny that it’s the owner and other affiliated people failing to see how their product has certain weaknesses. This is expected of people on twitter though, bunch of scammy tactics
@keysmashbandit@Techsee@FrankBoerman I think you’re missing the whole point.. someone already explain and I also tried to explain to you multiple times
@Techsee@keysmashbandit@FrankBoerman The point was that the program is unable to distinguish AI written from Human written because there is more data on human written than there is what is AI written ( so far). It does not matter if it works on only one side of the arrow, the point is that it is not ideal.
@keysmashbandit@FrankBoerman You’re proving me right. The fact that the AI can only detect human written text published online does not make it a good tool.
