– Early teams need signal and distribution: prove demand fast and get in front of the right users.
– More mature teams care more about depth of liquidity and credibility with serious partners –because the cost of misaligned incentives is way higher.

What really stands out to me is Automated Capital Formation in Unicorn. You’re not monetizing off private rounds or narrative farming – you’re monetizing real traction that’s already reflected in the market. If it holds up in practice, that’s a solid attempt to align founder and user incentives.

The big question is whether the design stays robust under pressure. If the upgrade path starts rewarding metric-gaming or short-term pumps, the whole thing breaks.
