Whilst all good antibiotics in their own right, I think the *vast* majority of inappropriate antibiotic prescriptions in paediatrics are of:

Ceftriaxone (orals would have been fine)
Co-amoxiclav (don't know what I'm treating)
Azithromycin (it's probably viral)
