UK has a coordinated system, so knowing that a request has been made and assessed is in one database, along with services. Not so here where one could possibly see services for dual-eligibles, but not for folks who pay privately for at least some. But ours would be hugely larger!

Biden Admin proposals are good medicine for Nursing Homes but most are promissory notes requiring action by Congress/CMS - so advocates must ensure they happen. And we must push financing of LT$$ and get serious demos addressing HCBS and OAA/HUD services. Time for action!
