@bengoldacre @Jcmurdoch26 @jjhambly@doctor_oxford@mgtmccartney@HEYNHS No, you do not have that correct. Margaret McCartney has made misleading statements about our company which are false, defamatory and damaging. Regrettably, it appears it stems from her misunderstanding that https://t.co/maWmGcbNL2 is a private screening company. It is not.
@bengoldacre Hi Ben, https://t.co/maWmGcbNL2 is not a private screening company. It provides a limited number of at-home tests that are processed in a NHS lab, with a review and response provided by a GP. The fact that Margaret is respected in some quarters, doesn't excuse her from defamation
@Jcmurdoch26 @jjhambly@bengoldacre@doctor_oxford@mgtmccartney Hi James, we have no interest in repeating the defamation. However, bear in mind MedLab is NOT a private screening company. Its tests for private individuals are processed by a NHS lab with results reviewed and written by a GP. We wish you well :-)
@vodathan@mgtmccartney@bengoldacre MedLab is not a private screening company Jonathan and it's not our (specific) area of expertise. MedLab offers specific tests that are processed through an NHS laboratory with a direct written response and review from a GP :-)
@jjhambly@bengoldacre@doctor_oxford Hi James, MedLab has issued (many) responses directly addressing the points raised. Ultimately, we are NOT a private screening company, so really difficult to address questions that ultimately, are better directed at those that are!
@rosegeorge3 Hi Rose - it's Molly. I think you are referring to the director at Companies House (who deals with our filings - as opposed to the day-to-day of our startup). Many thanks for your input :-)
@rosegeorge3 Hi Rose. Our company's filings are as up to date as they need to be at Companies House. As a brand new startup, it is fairly likely new shareholders will come on board in the coming weeks (and updates at Companies House will be made as and when that happens).
@DrAndyCarr Hi Andy, thanks so much for your question and interest. Results are reviewed and delivered by a GP (contracted by MedLab) directly to the user. Naturally, we're keen that any and all user interactions are informative and helpful.
@LizzeyK@MatSilk @EmergMedDr @BDevlin1@mgtmccartney Hi Elizabeth. We're very familiar with it. It will be reported (as it should be) in a timely fashion entirely in line with Companies House requirements. Thank you for your concern :-)
@lucia_1500@financewizard69 @lecanardnoir @S_h_e_e_n_a_ @rosegeorge3 Regrettably it's the same individual that we had operating it during yesterday's twitter storm.
@kraftwerkdave @felly500@mag_worden@mgtmccartney Laboratory science? Yes, world class. Social media, the current jury might well agree with you on that. Have a good day
@arizclint We fundamentally disagree with the premise of the original 'questions'. We have responded in any event. We may suggest a one-on-one compered debate to get to the bottom of the concerns. We aren't afraid of scrutiny, we just strongly disagree with the way it has been presented
