Trauma shears are great at cutting packaging, and bubble wrap! Since they are used in the hospital often in a trauma situation, where they are built to cut clothes off of people in emergency situations, they are also great for cutting other types of materials.

1) nap more than 90min in the afternoon

2) >100mg caffeine after 4pm

3) eat right before bed time (I confess I do this now and again, as I can’t fall asleep hungry)

4) Sleep in on weekends more than 1hr longer than usual duration
