To give you an idea of how the pay works: I have been teaching for 5 years and I have just started to make what I made at eBay, what, 10 years ago? And I worked hard there but it was nothing compared to this. /2

Your point about increasing to 40 students would be as if I came to you and said "take on 30% more work". Keeping 30 kids engaged is hard enough without factoring /1
