@TLRailUK are we able to get tube fairs refunded. With so many cancellations over the last few weeks I keep having to get the train to kings cross and then get the tube to London bridge. Feel like i shouldn't miss out on delay repay when I've made more expensive alternative plans

Have now had to delay my house move for a week because my @Plusnet @plusnethelp internet isn't working. A great end to the week when you realise the issue you were told would be fixed has not been fixed. Now there's no chance of me moving any time soon 🙄🙄
