[Kandivali Co-op Industrial Estate Ltd, Charkop @kcielmembers]

*Unilateral, Injustice and Draconian GR # Land-2624/C. No. 65/J-3 issued against Kandivali Co-operative Industrial Estate Ltd (KCIEL) spread across 116 acres comprising of 300+ Micro, Small and Medium Industrial units providing employment to 20000+ people directly and doing business with hundreds of MSME companies indirectly. KCIEL is contributing high amounts in GST / Income Tax payments. KCIEL has been managing society affairs in professional, transparent and as per MIDC - Director of Industries guidelines since more than 20 years!
There has been reversal of sickness in industries at KCIEL since 2004 when it was formed and now on the contrary this Draconian GR issued on the basis of some vague complaints without discussion or hearing KCIEL point of view and facts.

Is GR on the basis of Builders Interests?
Activist Interests?
Political Interests?
Shunting Micro and small industries out of Mumbai?

Seeking intervention 🙏 and JUSTICE 🙏
