@MoltonBrownUK At the Outlet Store in York yesterday I was very disappointed. The sign on the door said 20% outlet prices but everything I bought didn’t have 20%.Gift boxes have always been included. I was charged £8 for 4 boxes that weren’t packed,just flat packed #disappointed

@BootsHelp I want to place an order using my Advantage Points but it comes up with an error. If I want to pay normally it’s fine. I have over twice the amount of points to cover the order. I missed out on an order at Christmas because of this as it went out of stock #frustrating
