@klaussner @NEFDirect @trishayearwood Why didn’t you give my retailer an actual wait time in June? They were communicating a “delay” with 8 weeks rather than 6.. now we are going on 16. Talk about transparancy... doubled wait time isn’t defined as an “inconvenience” that’s just poor business practice
