🚨🚨🚨Retired Massachusetts Judge Jack Lu says this chance to appeal for a stay is 'unprecedented' as Lindsay Clancy attorney Kevin Reddington plans to ask the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court

"I have never seen a jury put on ice to await an appeal," he tells Fox News Digital. "That's an extraordinary situation."

Judge William Sullivan gave Reddington one hour to file for an emergency stay while jurors were already on their way back to the courtroom.

"They're gonna appeal to a single justice of the Supreme Judicial Court asking that the jurors in a potentially deadlocked case be polled — or maybe something else, we don't know," he tells Fox News Digital. "And at least to the extent that we know what they're gonna ask for, it will likely be denied."
