The last row of weavers finishes on a slant & adding the Interlocking rods ( from the right) levels it all off nicely.

Over 5’ high is a tad weary on the arms, so glad this 7’ section of hazel hurdle weave is done.

All willow this week (whilst it’s still green!)~several different ways to finishing off a willow hurdle but this is by far the most popular amongst my customers.
As a hedge is bound but with smaller diameter willow..hedges always look better when bound with hazel anyway.
