@comcast Well, Comcast's VP of Customer Experience Tom Karinshak's office is on it this morning. Naturally the response to my email to him this morning asking for a written email explanation and not a call resulted in... a call from someone at @comcast. Sent to VM and emailed again.
Tom Karinshak of @Xfinity should be Ashamed of how this company handles customer retention of a 25 year old account. Absolutely NO assistance to retain service. They are More than happy to Remove Service from an 80yr old woman. What a disgrace!
I hate being "rant on twitter about customer disservice" guy. But is it interesting that their service is designed to be so terrible that the guy in charge of designing it is a hashtag for horrible service?#TomKarinshak

@XfinitySupport How to reach Tom Karinshak, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Comcast. your are unable to help, I NEED HELP ASAP
Yes, you’re only helping Philly, (which is weird when you’re in the whole US,) but @XfinitySupport just wanted to say how infuriating it is that all you have are chat bots. Tom Karinshak, “ExecVP and Chief Customer Experience Ofcr at Comcast” must not actually LOOK at yr website.
@Xfinity@comcast
Has anyone ever had to cancel their services with XFINITY/COMCAST? It took me 5 days to cancel services and finally having to reach out via email to TOM KARINSHAK to make it happen. Then took 30minutes on the phone with their Customer irritation group. A joke!
@comcast
Dear Tom Karinshak, Executive VP and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Comcast.
Why is it so difficult to get a customer service representative on the phone?
@Xfinity@XfinitySupport major fail Tom Karinshak. I asked twitter chat support to have a manager call me, they can’t😂 they only provided the general automated number for me to call AGAIN..I feel like I’m in OZ..everybody hiding behind the curtain..
I am truly pissed at @comcast@Xfinity now! Cust. service debacle and disrespect started Nov21 and after 6 calls and 10 cust. service reps later a Supervisor has not called me after I was told 3 would call. @Tom Karinshak runs the worst customer service dept. Losing 10+ loyalty.
So glad to be here to see @comcast@NBCUniversal@PHLBizJournal Veterans of Influence Award recipients Tom Karinshak and Laura Lee, both West Point grads, be recognized for their outstanding contributions to the PHL military and veteran community!
@comcastcares @comcast Tom Karinshak - your customer service is horrible. Remove your message about “clients are priority #1” - UNTRUE. No calls back despite ineffective chat with ”agents.”
