@easyJet has now stopped replying to me. Refusing to help me and are still continuing to try cover their tracks to lie for their staff. Absolutely awful company. If you’re disabled or in need of assistance avoid easyJet!
@easyJet how many people do we have to talk too to get this rectified and get some help with the situation?! Absolutely awful! Lying to try and cover their tracks. Even the airport security staff at CDG were baffled as to why we couldn’t get on the plane!
@easyJet booked to fly with easyJet to treat our kids to a once in a lifetime trip to Disney land Paris. Easy jet staff in CDG airport absolutely disgusting. No help, left a family of 5 with a 2 year old and 2 disabled passengers stranded with no help!!!!
@easyJet@easyJet are you going to try and rectify this?! Or are you all complacent in the fact that you have left a family of 5 stranded in Paris because your staff are incapable of helping and having compassion for a struggling family?!?!?!?!
@easyJet They could do but were more than happy to take a further £550 off us. We tried customer service on the phone, on webchat, in the airport and have had NO HELP whatsoever. I’ve never, ever had any issues flying. Now we are stranded in Paris with 3 children
@easyJet From family friendly holidays and promising the best experience to only caring about getting extra money in their pockets. An absolutely awful experience and one I won’t ever forget. We book well over 10 trips a year and from now on will stick with @jet2tweets and @TUIUK
@easyJet We are now almost £1,000 down due to rebooking flights, hotels and taxi. The children will miss school, we will miss work, we have not eaten since early this morning. What started out as a dream trip to Disneyland has turned in to an absolute nightmare. The company have now gone
@easyJet One of which is severely disabled. I WILL NEVER fly with EasyJet again and I warn every single family, lone parent flyer, flyers with disabilities to AVOID EasyJet! They are a shambles of a company. Promise a guarantee and can’t even help when their staff operations aren’t right
@easyJet We weren’t on the plane. The plane was still on the tarmac, people were still boarding! The security was trying to find out why we couldn’t get on the plane. We were then passed on to easyJet staff in the airport and told there was nothing
@easyJet Priority cards for the disabilities too. There was no assistance. I’m a frequent flyer and have flown with multiple airlines mainly @jet2tweets who ALWAYS do final calls and also call out names of any passengers not on the plane yet or bus. There was not any warning nor any help
@easyJet Up to the desk and asked how much longer it would be and then were told the last bus had just left to go to the plane. There was no calls, they didn’t tell us, no final boarding calls. No acknowledgment whatsoever. We had booked it as a package through @DisneylandParis and had
They’d call us for boarding when the plane was ready. We had let them know we needed to board last due to disabilities and a breastfeeding child. We were sat next to the gate and waited. No calls were made for us, our names were not called. No final call or anything. We went back
Arrived at the airport to check in for our flight. Was early and at the boarding gate an hour before departure. Half hour before departure was told the flight was delayed and so we couldn’t board yet. So we sat back down on the floor because it was so full up, no seats. Was told
