@parkrunUK Very excited to read this article... @bbhparish and I have @Portrushparkrun and Inch Beach 🇮🇪 on our touristing wishlist for 2019... 👣🏖️Perhaps one day we'll get to @beachesparkrun 🇦🇺 and @bigbayparkrun & @melkbosstrandpr 🇿🇦 Here's hoping! 🤞😎Are there any other beach runs?

The start at this morning’s parkrun at Melkbosstrand, South Africa was shared with fisherman and holiday makers. A beautiful morning was had by all! @parkrun @parkrunSA @melkbosstrandpr

The reward for volunteering is not tangible. Seeing the joy on the face of someone who thought they would never be able to complete 5 km, families spending quality time together, cheering on someone who completes their very 1st (or 100th) parkrun. @Root44parkrun @parkrunSA
