Someone needs to appear in exam. Passing or failing the exam are secondary.

Students again going to Court.

Fighting is more important than winning. Attempt after attempt increase the determination.

You would have heard in your childhood an ant story. Moral is Try Try until you get success. It may take years but successful people never give up and they try with full determination.

Institute stakeholders should introspect . In 70 years, no PIL to now PIL on PIL in the span of less than 4 years.

Why can't the decision maker directly speak to students and try to find an amicable solution? You just need an attitude to solve the problem.

Answer sheets not properly checked. Issued notification but whether anything is done at ground level? The answer is no.

Whether you use influencers or students union people (selected by ERs only), but goodwill is tarnish. And now don't blame students or anyone for this. Even the Government doesn't support i.e. abolishing GST Audit, increase in audit limit, NFRA etc.

Can't you see what is written on the wall!

It is because of the selfish nature of ERs except a few which really want to serve...

I remember last time, One ERs wanted MOM to publish in public domain and except him entire club 32 (actually 29-30) oppose.

The Institute has an advantage because of deep pockets (students and members fees so can incur lakhs in hearing) and connections but even though they had seen in the past what happened...

In a democratic country,
Everyone has the right to approach Honourable Courts if they feel aggrieved over any matter which they feel is not helping their rights!
#castudents who have gone to Honourable SC are also exercising their right !
Who are we to comment whether they should go to Court or not?
They are smart enough to take their own decisions!
So please stop commenting on what they should do?
What they should not?
Let’s respect their choice!
Win or loose?
At least they have taken a stand !

Anyway, time to concentrate on study. CA exams are not easy to crack. Only 2 weeks left.
