- Korban: MHAQ (7), murid kelas 2 SD Negeri 01 Kebondalem, Pemalang
- 3 terduga pelakunya merupakan kakak kelasnya sendiri, murid kelas 5 dan 6
- Korban sempat mendapat perawatan di RSUD selama 9 hari, namun wafat pada 30/9/26
- Setelah mendapat perawatan di RSUD, korban memsng sempat diperbolehkan pulang, namun keadaannya semakin memburuk. Saat mau dibawa balik ke RS, korban wafat
- Sebelumnya, korban mengaku dipukul pada bagian perut dan ditendang menggunakan sepatu
- Keluhan korban: sakit perut, muntah", BAB berdarah, serta kesulitan makan dan buang air.
