It's sunny where I live ☀️ A perfect day for a rollup of Slack pro-tips. I've worked on @SlackHQ since the first prototypes, and always forget that most people don't know about all the "secret menu" items

These are randomly organized based on the order in which I remembered them

@PratikPatJain Hi Pratik, thanks for replying. Are you open to contracting opportunities?

[Tina Chen @meowr]

We're also hiring a design contractor on my team at Slack. Contact me if you are interested or know talented folks who might be.

Hi design friends, I'm hiring a design manager to lead our Interoperability team: email, meetings, documents, and calls. Hit me up if you want more info: https://t.co/1YVQe65HMQ

I'm so excited to see the new design of Slack roll out. There's so much goodness in there, including channel collections and shortcuts! It was a huge cross-team effort I'm proud to have been part of. https://t.co/ZgHlZ1xMpQ

Meaningful observations on what being a local citizen means, and how tech is just a small part of this special city. Also great suggestions on where to volunteer, learn about local politics, enjoy the arts, and meet people outside your usual bubble.

@_Dave_Chan Toss up between deciding on the design, stitching really neatly, and not accidentally stabbing myself with needles too much.
