what's so wrong with a wrapper when most of the value lies in the app/UX layer? textbook answer is its indefensible from competition, but that only applies if your product is a simple 1-2 transaction website. keep building wrappers!

A new product specialty is emerging — Similar to how "platform" and "growth" became distinct product disciplines over the past decade, there will be a new specialty focused on building LLM experiences where users are co-creators rather than passive consumers.

@raizamrtn UX is still an under activated differentiator. Other than for AI mode in Google Search, all LLM responses look and feel the same for one-off and long conversations. Exploratory journeys feel like low hanging fruit...
